ok so ive been drinking nothing but water an juice occasionally, i do 50 situps an push ups when i wake up an again before bed, i havent eatin any fast foor in over 2 weeks, i take vitamins in the morning, an i still feel like shit, horrible, an im like sweating constantly, i hate sweating. i think im definatly gonna need a night job, some people just dont function very well in the day an im one of them, even when i eat healthy an take care of myself im still like a zombie in the daytime.
