I love my people at the hospital. I go in there and they all go nuts....and are just the nicest, most caring people ever. I saw one of my chemo nurses (I had 4) and she was like "wow...you are doing amazing. I love seeing stories like yours." And then, I realized that these people have seen me at my worst. They saw me at my lowest points, and then at my highest. All of my tests turned out wonderful, which was great news!
In about 2 weeks, it will be my 2 year anniversary of being in remission. You would think that I would know the exact date, but I don't. Turns out, my mom doesn't know either. I think at this point 2 years ago we were so concerned with other things, that a date was the last thing on anyone's mind. All I can say is, I'm so so happy with where I am now. Yeah, I'm tired..and I'm stressed..and I'm fed up with guys..but what triumphs above all of that is that I'm still ALIVE.
The end. ♥
