great day...for the most part
ok, so yesterday....
first i had a gig with acabella's and it was a good time, even though only 6 of us showed up (feel better eileen!!) and the old men loved us...haha.
then i went and picked up cindy to start the day! we drove home so we could do the Baluga contact at the Mystic Aquarium...and i get to do it for free because i'm an Employee...and i could bring one guest for free. yay. so it was AMAZING, i have all my pics up on facebook, soon to go onto webshots, and i have a few on my myspace. so check them out! i'll put one in this entry for you guys to see a preview of how cool it is... :)
then we went to goodwill to go shopping for some cowgirl outfits cause we were going to Illusions later that night...and we found some pretty hideous clothing...haha, and of course we took pics in them...hahaha, they're also on facebook...soon to be on webshots :)
after goodwill we were going to drive home (back to school) but we got stuck in HUGE amounts of traffic on I95, so we took the next exit to go to Target to finish our shopping, but instead we took a nap in my car, cause we were SOOO tired. it was kinda funny. but you know how i woke up? when some bitch hit my car with her door when she opened it up. i'm pretty sure it left a mark, but i couldn't prove that she is the one that made the mark. ugh .. oh well
so then we went shopping in target, hoping the traffic would be more cleared up by the time we got there...but it was still backed up 2 hours after we were there the first time. so we were going to go back to school the other way, to avoid all of the traffic...and my dumbass got wrapped up in a few things at once and messed up getting on the wrong entry ramp to the highway, just taking us back to the traffic. ugh. so we sat there for a half hour trying to go LESS THAN A MILE just to turn around. ugh...annoying. i was so mad at myself.
so we finally got underway and get back to school. we all (roxanne, mel, cindy, and i) got ready for Illusions and were all cowgirl like, and it was a good time..i'll put that pic up here too..cause we're so cool :) and we get there (after being lost cause mapquest SUCKS AT LIFE) and stayed for only about an hour and a half cause it wasn't all it was cracked up to be...and there wasn't anyone dressed up like we thought there would be.
the first thing that happened to us when we walked in, was have this cowboy come up to us, asking if we would go talk to his friend, b/c it was his birthday..so we thought we were so special..but he just kept doing it to all the groups of girls that came in, so screw that lol
roxanne somehow got a 21 and over bracelet when she came in, so we ordered some sex on the beaches and they were so yummy...mmm yay for being 21. haha the cherries were so yummy :)
so anyways, everything was fine, but cindy was cranky and mad or annoyed with me for some reason, and she kept thinking i was drunk, when i definetly wasn't...which was really annoying because i had like a sip of what roxanne had...does that make me drunk? no. whatever. so we were going to the car and i was like "shoty to blitz!" and she said "no i want Mel to navigate, she hasnt been drinking" and she was implying that i was drunk and drank so much that i was incoherent...whatever. i know she was cranky but damn she ruined my night.
anyways...overall it was a good day. yay, and here are the pics i promised....
