Lucius, we will be taking a late dinner; if we dine then we dine in style. But remember: When in Rome, do as the Romans do. We'll be vacationing like "Muggles", as you call them. So your wand stays stowed away and you must dress appropriately.

lucius malfoy, refusing to take this seriously, port, the marquis is unwinding

My wand is ever disguised, you needn't fret.

How does one vacation-- or indeed dress-- like a Muggle?

Dressing involves jackets that are more fitted, less flowing. Trousers, though I see you aren't the sort to go without them.

As for vacationing like a muggle? You'll just have to see once we're out and about, won't you?

I'll see what I can do, for the sake of discretion.

I would like to put it on the record that the only reason that sounds in any way palatable is due to the Barge's current antics.

Then I aim to change your mind.

We'll both be fish out of water on this venture. It will be a learning experience for the both of us.

Indeed. A lesson in patience, at the very least.

If the wizarding world didn't cause the rest of it to pale in comparison, we wouldn't be nearly half as exclusive.

Oh do preen a little more, young man. Witches and Wizards are not exclusive; in modern terms for you and future terms for me, they're an endangered species.

My point, Marquis, remains, that changing my mind will be a task. But if we limit our conversation to topics more suitable to a holiday, I understand you can at least finance the endeavor.
