Since we had no choice in reliving that flood, I suppose it could have been worse. I might suggest that it would have been more entertaining if our derelict Time Lord had been about, but then I would have to admit that I actually miss the little hemorrhoid. At least we each got a gift out of it.

The very one I was ejected from Conde Palace over. Among the many unusual things that happened in my life, I as a child had playmates such as the crown prince -- who was four years my senior. He took this very top from me, claimed he could keep whatever he wanted, as he was the Prince, and I -- well, being five and unaware of certain traditions beyond my own sense of justice, decided to teach him otherwise.
It all got rather violent after that. But the eleven year-old boy that cannot hold his own against a five year-old probably won't grow up to be much of a ruler, will he?
