Okay. The flex people said that I had only until the end of the payperiod following my change of status to get my flex money. Which was like 2 and a half months ago. Now the money is the hands of the hospital. So I left a message with HR saying that no one told me how much time I had to contact flex people, only that I should contact them.
Now, I am doing a manifestation to receive my money. It will appear in my bank account because it belongs to me. And they will apologize for all inconveniences.
I have the letter ready to mail to get my reimbursement from the towing. I am certain that it will arrive in a timely fashion.
