Christine at Netflix, you are not very helpful.
My account is on hold because I need to update my credit card info. I have done just that at their site every day this week. Every day I get the same email. I called them today and she sounds like some stoner chick that I've interrupted her weed smoking. She says, "It looks like the computer is trying to verify it. It'll take 24 hours." Then she screeches defensively, "They don't tell us why cards are denied!!"
Um, okay. Do you want to borrow my favorite comfort food: a handful of valium and a swig of bourbon?
