Name: Fou-Lu, the First Emperor/God Emperor of the Fou Empire.
Age: Juuust about 600! His human form looks to be in its mid-twenties.
Height: I HAVE NO IDEA. TALL. His dragon forms are maybe three times as large as a man.
Weight: ...average for someone his size?
Medical Info: Healthyyyy. He's an immortal who can only be harmed by certain things.
Eyes: Red.
Hair: Silver.
Physical traits: SEE ICONS, I will fill these in with more detail later. He has pointy ears and horn things growing out of his head, which mark him as an Endless, he's pretty strong and well-built, etc. He's got a bunch of dragon forms, too.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Pretty much anything, barring the fictional issue. I am undecided whether to take him from endgame or from just before crazytrauma times.
Abilities: SOB this will...be extensive when I actually fill him out, because he picks up several dragon forms along the way and they are all pretty special. He has very strong magic, is an accomplished fighter with a sword, and does ye olde dragon transformation. His main form is water-aligned, though, so he's weak to fire. Endless can only be seriously harmed by their opposing element, or killed by very special, godslaying weapons. He can heal and cast support spells too.
Notes for the Psychics/Spiritually Sensitive: Fou-Lu is a god! With this thing going on, where he can 'drag others along the path of his fate' because that is what dragons in Breath of Fire IV do. He is also incomplete--he only has half a soul. HOWEVER, he is also carrying a bunch of other (faded) dragons' souls within him, which is what gives him his multiple forms.
He also has some pretty ambivalent feelings about humanity and mortals and the mortal world, since. He's being chased around and hunted down in canon. He also has this very pessimistic view that humanity no longer needs dragons at all, and that it was a mistake to summon the Endless to solve their problems in the first place. :(
He is not human in any way! His true form is the Yorae Dragon, the dragon of the future. He probably has some sort of powerful aura for those sensitive--even saying his own name caused a reaction so strong he could be tracked down because of it, so he may go under an assumed name (Ryong) in camp.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask! o/
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: He may accidentally attack you if you surprise him :( But spontaneous displays are fine! He is confused and derpy and really cute when those happen.
Maim/Murder/Death: olololol canon. Probably no to death, probably yes to the others, talk to me. ♥
Cooking: I AM PRETTY SURE HE FAILS.
