tonight i had a backslide because for some reason i had a fit of intense lonliness. i cant remebered feeling this lonely since before i ever got together with sage. i hate this feeling. so its sortof a setback. and it scares me because this is the lonliness that makes me desperate and stupid. must not be stupid...must not be stupid...eww........i feel all stress/depressed sick too....cold pain in my stomach and tighness in my chest....this hasnt happened in so long i think i forgot how to make it go away...im afraid......
