Tuesday's surprise
Alright, i'm sorry this took so long, but this is the first chance
i've had to do email kinda stuff since Tuesday. so, in case you all
were wondering, this is what happened on tuesday night:
Sage And Mama and i left the house to go to some sort of event. both
of them had known about it for a month, but they refused to tell me
what it was. We drove into D.C., and right before we arived at our
destination, Mama Handed me a shirt and said "here, you must be
properly dressed for the band we are about to see." well i'll tell
you, i was confused untill i looked at the shirt i was now holding
and realised it was a H.I.M. shirt. i swear i almost fainted. i
could not belive it. We got to the club and waited in line for about
half an hour, then when we got inside, the Concert started with a
band called Fireball Ministry. who were crazy hard core o.O and
then there were a few other bands, who's names i cannot seem to
recall....then they played a film about the making of H.I.M.'s new
album "Dark Light." Finally, at about 11:00pm, H.I.M. came out on
stage, in a haze of fog and smoke, and i dont think i have ever heard
that much screaming and cheering in my life. it was wonderful. and
we were right up near the front, screaming and jumping and waving our
arms till they practically fell off. So H.I.M. played thier set, and
Ville Valo seemed really amused by how well the crowd knew his songs,
he kept stopping and pointing the mic at us, and then grinning and
laughihng when we filled in the gaps perfectly with his lyrics. and
then, Bam (whos last name i can't spell. you know, the skateboard
guy, he's one of Valo's best friends) came out on stage Holding a
cake, of all things. turns out, it was Ville Valo's birthday. and i
could not belive i had forgotten that, seeing as how many times i've
read about it all over fan sites. so we got to sing Happy Birthday
to Ville Valo. then he Sang another song, while licking cake icing
off his fingers. I swear half the audiance was about to collapse and
start writhing around on the floor from the sheer hottness of it
all. lmao. and at the end of the night, i got a H.I.M. t-shirt and
a poster. All in All, probably one of the best nights of my life. I
simply can't wait to do it all again! I hope you all enjoyed my
narration.
