[ Getting to Cherrygrove had been simple, at least with Stefan there it had been - for some reason a lot of wild Pokemon had attacked but he'd been ready and quick to defend her. And then she'd ended up seeing one, one that looked a little hurt that she'd taken pity on and had carried with her to the city - one she'd ended up catching after it

From what I know, Breeders get the breeding handbook and normal handbook. Trainers just get the normal handbook.

... Well... I haven't done much breeding yet, but I don't train my Pokémon either.

Well, you don't really have to be a Breeder if you don't want to. It's completely arbitrary.

I just don't enjoy it. I realize we have to, to be able to keep ourselves and our Pokémon safe, but it seems a little... distasteful, somehow?

Then why did I get it if it's optional?

Kind of like dog fighting. I'd rather not fight but I keep getting attacked.

A weird one. I get choosing to breed things but just being told 'oh this is what you are'? Actually it's a little familiar just not to much to jobs.
