I have allotted seven minutes and thirty-seven seconds today for writing in this journal. With a schedule, I can be certain that no time is wasted. Without it I'd be like everyone else, flipping pages and trying to decide what to do next.

A lot of us do that, I suppose. Though we also save time by not copying out our notes for use in the shower. Does that work well?

I don't know, I don't spend all that much time in the shower, normally, it's enough to just get clean there. But you enjoy yourself.
