Nearing two weeks since I first arrived in this city.

All the oddities aside, I only have one question.

Has anyone been able to contact anyone from their original locations from within the city? Telephones, e-mail, letters, or otherwise?

Pretty sure. Although people were able to send messages home through the fountain on Mother's Day. I'm pretty sure that was a one time only thing. You could also try contacting aliens for help

Well, it worked only on Mother's Day. So even if you did want to contact your mother, you're out of luck.
