I've been really bad about remembering to take photos.
Lotus Festival, Echo Park Lake, Los Angeles
I also had another great weekend. igottapie & I went hiking on Saturday in Malibu at Solstice Canyon & saw two burnt down houses and a really pretty waterfall. I was kicking myself all day for forgetting my camera. I want to go back explicitly to take photos because it was gorgeous.
Afterward, we headed down to Echo Park to check out the Lotus Festival where we had yummy cheap food & got to watch fireworks over the lake with a palm tree backdrop. It was probably one of the prettiest things I've ever seen. That photo doesn't even come close to capturing how amazing it looked.
Sunday was nice & relaxing & nap-ish.
I got a new bed yesterday. It is great.
