Thank you! I'm glad those parts all worked for you. Lestrade is quite protective of his Sherlock. :)

All I can say about a back log of fics is BRING IT! I NEED IT1

Sorry I shouted. I was overcome.

This fic took me completely out of myself. I didn't know where I was or have an awareness that I was reading.

You know how much I love this 'verse anyway and that there is more of it, my Cmas surprise.

It's very understated and therefore very in character. You always have such courage in restraining the angst thus making it more powerful.

too things that just socked my gut at the very start. Lestrade accepting how powerful S and J's friendship is and wanting them to be in the same room. Mycroft bailing, likely to hunt Jim down, but nonetheless, Lestrade left alone. He prob. needs medical help himself.

At the end, the few tears leaking. It's earned. They would show that in canon; I hope that they do but likely hope in vain. :) I am terrified about Reichenbach.

Thank you for giving me a happy Monday. I get to do my chores while all floaty.

Thank you, thank you, for all this feedback! It truly is wonderful. I'm so happy all those parts worked for you; that's good to know.

I always go back and forth about whether I should put a pairing tag on stories in this 'verse (or any of my L/S stories, really) because I don't want it to seem like John is being elbowed out. He's just as important to Sherlock as Lestrade is, but just in a different way. Anyway, long ramble, but I'm glad showing John and Sherlock's already-tight friendship as well worked for you in this. Thank you for saying so!

If you bombard me with stories like this I shall be extremely happy. This is great. I love the way you've portrayed Lestrade and his dedication and his care for Sherlock. And the last sentence just made me melt.

Oh, thank you! I can't promise that all of them end happily, but there are a few more h/c ones coming. Thank you for reading and for the feedback!

So well done. I especially love how you underscored the fact Moriarty would know that using the child would get to Lestrade. And bless Lestrade for knowing that Sherlock would tear apart the hospital if John weren't where he could see him.

Just gorgeous.
