OK Over 6 Months since my last update..I Suck!
So..A WHOLE lot has happened since I posted last...About 1.5 weeks after my last entry I met a guy. Let me explain, a friend from work who had been insisting for a few months that I had to meet her cousin (we will call him "R"), but I had been saying no, re:Mr. What's his Name. As soon as she found out that I was done with him, she put on the heavy pressure.. So I reluctantly agreed, it was meant to feel like a group of friends together, so R brought his BF, his cousin (the match maker) and I brought my BF, for back up..The first meeting was good, we went out again the next day for a late breakfast, he has a 3 yr old daughter and brought her along (I found out later that this was a test)..And have been together ever since, our 6 month Anniversary is tomorrow, not that he would remember. .We have went through 3 months of a long distance relationship (which suck btw), major illness in the family, a major move, renovating a house, and every other little thing that happens between a new couple trying to find their rhythmn. He is a very typical man in some ways, will never remember a birthday or special occasion, leaves things where they fall, and will leave dirty dishes in the sink until they are ready to walk away under their own power.. But in other ways he is something out of a book, just when you think he doesn't have a romantic bone in his body he says something like "How did I get so lucky to have you come into my life." I could go on and on, but I won't. Needless to say I am happy.Very happy.
P.S I am determined to update now on a weekly basis..And not just talk about MEN!! I promise! I will find something to talk about that OTHER people will find interesting.
