Right now I have that odd feeling of when my life sucks but I have all these little things that are starting to click nicely. I'm happy and things are looking up but I still can't shake this umbrella-like sense of disappointment and shame/guilt.
I have a new place!
As of Sept 1st I will residing in Ravenswood off the Montrose Brown Line stop. A lovely little studio apartment with southern exposure and hardwood floors and potential for a kitty in the future. Come visit. I may or may not end up converting it into a small-time speakeasy if I can work out a suitable floor plan.
There are people I need to hang out with soon, this I know to be true.
