Ah, another day is drawing to a close. And what a day it was. I spent it with my father at the offices, observing him as he went through his meetings. He even fired a woman today...it was quite distressing...she had two young children at home and no husband it seems...I do hope she is able to find something to do to care for them.
Barring that little...unpleasentrymy time has been well spent. I received a few new videos from an Ebay purchase. Yes, Japanese horror movies are more subtle...but nothign can beat a good American Horror Classic. I'm stuck on "The Hills Have Eyes" right now. The remake.
Murugu's cage is rather...expansive. Most of it is outside though. Weather allowing I let her remain there. Right now with this cold weather, and she being a tropical creature, I've had one of the other smaller closets redone for her. A few heat lamps and exotic plants work well enough for now.
Private Thoughts and Observations
I wonder if Kakashi-san has regained health yet. He seemed...quite ill when last we met. My meeting with that blonde rat on the street barely bore interest. THAT creature was...merely a victim pretending to be more. I doubt he'll survive long. Not on his own. Prey like that never lasts long without a master.
It was quite enjoyable to see father fire that woman. She never saw it coming and the way she cried was simply delicious! I never get over the look of broken acceptance that enters their eyes when they realize there really IS no hope.
