[Technically, the Major isn't one of the Fuhrer's invited guests, but he has been authorized to come and observe as he would like. Still, while the Fuhrer might have allowed it, this doesn't mean the empire would do the same. He and his subordinates rented out suites in a hotel within the city.
At night, the Major steps out of his hotel. He goes out for an evening stroll as really, he preferred the night over the day for reasons he can most certainly speak and length. A stray cat passes by and gives the Major a curious gaze. The Major simply knees and extends an arm towards it, giving it a smile. ... The stray edges closer, allowing the Major to pet it.

[Later in the evening, at a restaurant further into town, the Major had reserved for him and his subordinates a private room. A wide spread of bread, soup, steak, and salad which these carnivores hardly would touch, decorates the table. The steak itself was ordered to be relatively raw, but care has been taken to sneak in a bit of blood. The Major laughs with his officers, raising a mug of beer into the air.]
Let us dine, my friends, dine as much as we would like to! It isn't often that we are able to come to the imperial city, so we must relish this time as much as we can.
