Investigating Amestris/Evacuating Civilians

I am Light Yagami, Chief Magistrate of Sawa. I have arrived with a contingent of Sawa soldiers as a show of good faith to the people of Amestris. During this undead uprising, the people of Sawa will not stand idly by. We will stand beside Amestris, face down the threat of the Rift, and make sure its people are taken to safety.
[True to his word, the soldiers Light brought are assisting, focusing more on evacuation efforts than combat but hey, Sawa, what do you expect.
He is also subtly investigating Amestris, interviewing as many officers and Destiny Crystal holders as he can within the kingdom but not using any of his Magistrate privileges... yet. Any Amestris person or person within Amestris helping the effort is free to bother him, he will generally be traveling all over the kingdom so he'll be in any one of the three provinces at a given time.]
