[No one is supposed to be in the Regent Governor's office if the man himself isn't present. However, a young man with huge dark circles under his eyes and hair sticking out in every direction (possibly because he's almost pulled some of it out) is madly going through piles of paper on the desk and piles of crumpled up paper on the floor, obviously searching for something. His elbow connects with a particularly precarious pile, sending the whole thing falling to the floor. They say there's no one as loud as someone trying to be quiet and that's certainly the case here. This is Ritsu Onodera, recently assigned as Mitsunari's personal assistant and already well on his way to a nervous breakdown.]
