Bedwyr has a deal with Thanatos to put a number of souls stuck on earth to rest so Thanatos can finally process them, and the guy figured out the quickest way to do it is to kill the guy who killed the folks who became ghosts.

So yeah if your characters has killed people, he'll be gunning for you. So I'm throwing this up for anyone who wants to plot out encounters and assassination attempts.
