I finally gave in and ordered my first pair of L.A.M.B. heels since I found a really good deal on them - L.A.M.B. Gracianna heels in black:

They retailed for over $300 but they were on clearance for $88.50 + I had a coupon code for 15% off of that so they came out to $93.39 w/tax and shipping. I was just really happy that there were only 2 sizes left and one was mine!

But when they came and I opened the (slightly damaged) box I was shocked to see these hideous things:

When I called customer service and told them that they had shipped the wrong shoes, she asked what was sent. I told her I didn't know what they were but they weren't right (they weren't even the right size). She said to check the box for the model name but the box was right (it had the name of the shoes I ordered on the sticker), just the shoes inside were wrong. Not quite sure how they got mixed up and I didn't bother asking but she did say that the Graciannas were now out of stock and that I would have to ship these ugly things back to get my refund... I guess it just wasn't meant to be. *sigh*

And it doesn't really help that Gwen was spotted wearing the Graciannas recently either...
