A drabble

"You had tea with him?" Ford asked accusingly, as if Arthur had just nonchalantly mentioned a night of passion with an entire Vogon fleet.

"Yes."

"You never had tea with me."

Arthur, typically unclear as to where this was going, stood his ground. "I offered to. Don't you remember? I'd say, do you want some tea? and you'd say, I'd rather have sex, and I'd say-"

"Well, do you fancy a pint then?" Ford supplied for him.

"And you'd laugh and s-" Arthur took in the expression on Ford's face. "Wait. Did you really want to have sex?"

"Well, yes."
