And so the laziness goes

So I'm sitting in Bern not doing enough for school, but that's nothing new. I've been reading a lot, finished the last Mistborn book in only two days (which is very quick for me since I'm a slooow reader) And just started on the first book of the Dresden Files. (Sorry moeshas , Your Urs Widmer books would've come first but I didn't take them to Bern. They're the next in queue, though, honest!) It's a really fun book for now, but all I could think of while reading it was "this is cool, but I've read much better". And you know where that was? It was on the interwebs, a free story! I had never finished that one for unknown reasons, so I went back to its website only to find IT'S BEEN REMOVED! It's called "John Dies at the End" and now I'm never gonna find out how it... well... ends... Or am I?

Of course I am. I'm gonna buy the book once it comes out, which should be pretty soon. Here's its website: http://www.johndiesattheend.com/ . And belenustenebrae , you'd love it, trust me. You'd love it to bits and beyond, this guy really can write, hoo-boy. You can borrow it from me once I have it since you were so awesome to lend me the Dresden File book. (Storm Front it is called. I just went to check since I felt ignorant calling it only by the series name...) I'm not far enough into it yet to give an informed opinion on it, though. As I said, slow reader. (I still dont' know if this is a good thing. I love books to bits and this way they last longer, but it also means I can read less books... what a conundrum wrapped in an enigma on the pointy end of the cliché stick... Wait, what?!)

I'm actually reading the blog on http://www.johndiesasttheend.com now, it's awesome. So... what else can I say? Right, the Nano meetup, how could I forget?! Yeah. So. We had a nano meetup.

That's all for now!

books, nano meetup, dresden files, reading instead of doing important stuff, john dies at the end, mistborn
