While waiting for the airport shuttle at Seatac...
The highlights of my short trip to Los Angeles are as follows (in no particular order):
-Seeing the Hollywood sign
-Spending time with Megan and Tim (watching horrible or depressing movies and teaching Tim about the show Jersey Shore)
-Spending time with Tiffaney (eating at In 'n Out and driving ALL over LAX land. Oh, and the restaurant that had meat.)
-FINALLY getting a rental car. (For this to happen, there were acts of congress, a little praying, 7 fake rabbits feet, a drop of blood from a pixie, and a full phone battery. No exaggeration.)
-The attractiveness factor of the people at the conference.
-Landing safely at the San Jose and Seatac airport. (the rum helped a little, I think)
-Driving around a completely unfamiliar place mostly successfully.
