Okay. So, I suggest you go with what you know she does like. I'm pretty sure gushy cards would be a bad thing from you, even if I did think she liked them. If all else fails, I'm sure Al will help out if you ask him.

You don't, however, appear to have a romantic bone in your body. You would have taught her more forms anyway, right? This needs to be something a little more special, or out of the ordinary. Something that you wouldn't have done or got her otherwise.
