1. crop image & sharpen
2. duplicate base and desaturize [or grey scale that layer] and set it to soft light
3. make a new layer; fill with 9b714b and set it to soft light 50%
4. make another new layer; fill with 9b714b again and set it to multiply at 20%
5. go to image/adjustments/brightness & contrast [or colors/adjust/brightness & contrast; for psp]. MAke them both -15 [or so; depends on the image.]
6. go to image/adjustments/hue&saturation [or colors/adjust/hue&saturation; for psp] and set the saturation to -15 or -20 something like that
7. add a new layer fill with white [for something different -try a grey like: c0c0c0] at soft light.
