This was harder than I thought it would be and I'm sure I left out some stuff. My answers from

3: Top 3 supporting characters
1. Ravi Chakrabarti. ♥ Friend, scientist, and all-around funny guy. I hope we get more background story next season.
2. Anne Boleyn from The Tudors. Natalie Dormer just knocked that role out of the park.
3. Bobby Singer. He made an excellent father figure. And what a tragic backstory he had to overcome.
4: Top 3 background characters or side characters
1. Chris Argent. He is my favorite hunter outside of the Winchesters. He's always being pulled different directions, but at the end of the day he makes the right decisions.
2. Dr. Abbey Bartlet from The West Wing. She's a powerful force in every room she walks in to. I'm going to say that she ties with Oliver Babbish, White House Counsel. He's one of my favorite fictional lawyers.
3. Cinna of The Hunger Games (film or books). He is one of the most courageous characters in the whole series.
23: Top 3 books
1. Catch-22. That book changed my life when I read it.
2. The Amber Spyglass: The last book in the His Dark Materials trilogy. I'm afraid to reread it now that I'm older because I was so in love with this book.
3. The Speaker for the Dead. The author is a dickhead, but this book just blew me away.

6: Top 3 friendships between characters
1. Scott, Stiles, Allison, and Lydia of Teen Wolf. My love for them knows no bounds.
2. Mystery, Inc. from Scooby-Doo. What an awesome team! Even in the live-action film.
3. Ravi, Major, Liv and Peyton on iZombie. I love their complicated dynamic.
9: Top 3 fictional siblings
1. Sam and Dean Winchester! They have their issues, but no one's got them beat on loyalty. Or soul-sacrifice.
2. The Boxcar children! I admired them so much when I was a kid.
3. Hallie Parker and Annie James from The Parent Trap. My sisters and I would watch that move on repeat.
13: Top 3 fictional locations
1. Hogwarts. The books detailed that Castle so well, I feel like I went to school there.
2. On board the Millennium Falcon. So classic.
3. El Dorado from The Road to El Dorado. I would love to travel there and see the city of gold for myself.

18: Top 3 fictional worlds/universes
1.
Dinotopia! So much to love about this fictional island and all the communal living. Mostly, I want to have a triceratops as a friend.
2. The Northern Lights Universe from the
His Dark Materials trilogy world, where people can move between parallel worlds and have daemens. I am fascinated by parallel universes, and I wonder what my daemon would be.
3. The firefly universe is so diverse and fun, and there are some terrible baddies, but I'd still get on a ship with Mal and fly wherever he wants to go.
33: Top 3 awesome moments in fiction
1. When the Trio, and the rest of the wizarding world, won the war in Harry Potter book 7. What an incredible moment.
2. When Katniss shot down President Coin in The Mockingjay. That moment completely took me by surprise, but then I realized how perfect it was that Katniss should be the one to do that.
3. The reveal at the end of Speaker for the Dead. I won't spoil it, but wow. So well done.

7: Top 3 fictional families
1. The Finnertys from
Grounded for Life. The whole family is so likable and real and I could relate on so many levels.
2. The Weasleys! They are always so welcoming and hospitable to everyone, and The Burrow really felt like the only true home of the trio for a long time.
3. The O'Connells from The Mummy films. There's never a dull moment with them, and they always figure out a way to work together.
22: Top 3 live-action movies
1.
Seabiscuit. You don't throw a whole life away just because it's banged up a little. This film is quite the epic, with two comeback stories for the price of one. Plus, great commentary on American history and a tiny horse with an awesome personality. And Tobey Maguire!
2.
Crash. Pretty cliched choice, I know. But I think this film is beautiful and gut-wrenching and speaks to social issues in America and it still hurts to watch it.
3.
The Other Guys is a hilarious film, and at the same time it does a perfect job of criticizing pension mismanagement, wall street, federal law enforcement of white collar crime, and public perception of crime fighting. I approve.
26: Top 3 obscure series/movies/books I recommend
1. Shelter is so great, I cannot recc this film enough. It's a coming-of-age tale where a gay teen falls for his BFF's older brother and also has to deal with his shitty family. And there is lots of surfing. The whole film is
on youtube.
2. Seven and a Match is a quirky/funny film about 7 old friends who get together one last time and try to act like nothing has changed, when everything has. I only watched originally because Eion Bailey plays a gay character, but I love the whole cast. It's got a weird vibe to it, but once you let go of hoping for a serious plot, this film really shows its heart.
3. Okay, not sure if Serenity counts as obscure. So how about
Dancing with the Dead, by Chris Nelson. It's nonfiction, but weaves many different lives together to show what modern Okinawa looks like. I definitely think of this book as a representation of my cultural heritage.

5: Top 3 romantic relationships between characters
Okay so I stuck with canon ships for this one.
1. Evie and Rick from The Mummy series of films. The two of them being badass and smart and happy together always makes my day.
2. Romeo and Juliet from
Baz Luhrmann's 1996 film. I am all about that pool scene. I first watched this film in High School English class, so you can imagine how awkward that was. :P
3. Jack and Rose from Titanic. Okay, they are everyone's favorites. BUT I do believe they were my very first 'ship, before I even knew what shipping was. I may or may not have had a HUGE thing for Leo DiCaprio.
