Happy Hanukkah
So I'm way late in saying it, and I think it might be almost over? But Happy Hanukkah. I've always wanted to celebrate it because I love Potato Latkas and Menorahs are so beautiful. Maybe one year I'll have this giant winter holiday mash-up, once I better understand all the winter holidays.

Fic posting starts at jb_ficexchange at midnight. I'm really excited about a lot of the fics; I think everyone is going to be pleased with the quality of all the authors!!!! Joick still freaks me the fuck out, though. As does Joe/Demi. Buuuut I'm not going to give anything else away until posting time! As a mod, all I can hope is that the people who signed up didn't stress too much and that everyone gets to read fics that they really enjoy. It's weird, because when you write a fic you hope the person you are writing it for and/or the people who are reading it like it, but when you are modding a fic exchange you hope that ALL the fics are liked by their recipients! Speaking of which, I have to get on my yuletide fic, it's due Monday!
Our grades for Fall Quarter don't get finalized until Dec. 23rd. GAH I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG. Usually they post them by this Friday, though.
