Mole Frutas
"Prickly pear, lime, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, cacao."
Drydown is sharp, spicy and deep with a nice splash of citrus. This feels rich and green. After an hour or so, the citrus fades so I'm left with this intense, dark and luscious scent. The throw doesn't quit either--even after four hours. This is another great perfume for the Dia de los Muertos line.
Pan de Muerto
"Butter, sugar, yeast, eggs, orange peel, pimpinella seeds."
The pimpinella seeds are the strongest note for drydown. I really, really don't like it. It's too much like anise for me. Bleck. I liked this more in the bottle.
Luckily, the pimpinella dies down a bit to reveal a buttery orange. The yeast/bread quality quickly rises to the forefront. Now, it's yummy. The throw is dying fast, though. I think my skin is dry today. I need to moisturize more before applying this again.
Honestly, this faded so fast. I think it's better suited for a scent locket. The anise-like pimpinella is just too strong on my skin.
