"Ginger root, candied ginger, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, pepper, creamed sugar, chocolate ganache."
Drydown is spicy, sharp ginger and cinnamon with a hint of smooth sweetness. The sharpness dies down after an hour. The ginger is soothing--more of the candy aspect--and the cinnamon warms. The pepper note has emerged to add, well, a peppery zing.
At four hours, Hot to Trot is a delightful blend of spices. I can't discern specific spices. The throw as weakened, though. Overall, I think this a very pleasant, even autumnal, perfume.
