Is it me or is this a seriously cool tattoo?

I'm pretty sure that I don't have the cajones to do something so big, but it really appeals to the goth in me.  The guy who did it works in a West Hollywood tattoo shop, and he's Russian.

I'm sort of looking over tattoo places because I eventually want to add to mine.  I have this wristlet that is like a half bracelet and I want to finish it, making it go all the way around my wrist, instead of just halfway.  And I've got one that I want to cover on my inner right ankle.  It's a sun right now and not all that fantastic looking.  I am thinking of getting a black rose or some kind of yin yang symbol over it.  It would have to be quite dark because the outline of the sun is really drilled in, with thick dark lines.

And of course I keep thinking of other tattoos that I'd like to get.  It's seriously addictive; once you get one, you always want to add to the collection.  LOL, I remember when I was married to B. and after living with me for a while, he thought about getting a tattoo.  He wanted something Norse, because his grandmother is full-blood Norwegian, and he's very Viking in appearance.  Anyway, he decided to get a Viking ship just above his left breast. This was in Arkansas.  I found this really great tattoo artist there, and he did B.'s and then I was in getting the one on my left breast re-colored and the tatt artist was laughing under his breath because I was dozing off while he was doing the work.  Cos, you know, it's sort of supposed to be painful?  But I've gotten to the point where I don't feel the pain and so it basically turns into sensation and it lulls me.  Jon, the tatt artist, said, "Your old man was in here last week and he kept flinching and going, 'Ow.' "  Then he cracked up again, "And you're all... zzzzzzz.  You rock!"

So, yeah.  I like the tattoo thing.
