It doesn't really matter whether I consider it. What matters is whether a publisher does, and in the present climate I think that's pretty unlikely.

That might be fun -- and I have designed and sold t-shirts in the past -- but I suspect the gap between designing a collection and selling it would be a bit of a pain. It is possible to do something like that on a small scale, though, like my friend Hikaru's Wonder Wonder store.

If you imagine it would 'be would be a pain' that will stop enough people from doing something similar. People used to think writing recording an album or writing HTML was a bit of a pain and now everyone has a blog.

What amazes me was you never had a massive T shirt line.

High end fashion pays for it's avant garde through perfume and jeans sales. I was once told Prada's mission statement was the 'subversion of the bourgeoisie', what isn't a million miles away from the Momus aesthetic.
