I am so weak right now, the past month I'd say I have been so bad, I don't know why. I think if I have an exact plan of what I'm eating tomorrow, then when I wanna get up and go get food, I can stop myself 'cos I'll know I've only got a while till a snack or something.! *cheers*

7AM - A hour and a half at Gym.
8.30AM - Yogurt (40 cals)
1PM - Yogurt (40 cals) - OPTIONAL!!
3PM-7PM - Work
7.30PM - Lean Cuisine meal (250 cals)
9PM - Jelly (9 cals)
10PM - Home made Ice-cream (68 cals)
After that, sugar-free lollies (I know I snack alot after tea so I am giving myself snacks)

367cals or 407cals.
