June 17th... That's the last time you heard from me on this journal. Exactly six months.
I went away for a bit. Marie forced herself to put Paint the Silence away for a few months so she could finish the Lightning Bond, and so my love and I went to Spain.
I'd like to apologise to my best friend for not traveling to Kentucky to see her. I was ...I hate to admit it, but I was too nervous to come meet you and all the others. What if you didn't like me in person? That would've been awful.
As for life, I'm sort of content right now. Marie works at the college bookstore, and while she doesn't like to read the textbooks, I find it all fascinating and spend the hours there immersed in the volumes on the shelves. Marie needs to clean her room. It's been a disaster area lately what with all the Christmas package preparations... there's hardly room for anyone to sit. When/if Marie gets that Muggle camera for Christmas, I'll force her to take pictures and show you.
