Nice instant pot accessories kit. I really like the steam diverter. It is helpful to me because I have electrical outlets under my cabinets and without this device the steam goes right into them. The chest sheets are nice, but honestly, I find instant pot cooking to be mostly trial and error. Sometimes the cook times listed are accurate, and other times they way overestimate and you end up with mush. It totally depends on what ingredients you are using. The mitts are handy!
