ironically enough its sunday again...
been two weeks, so starting last week, wowwwwwwwwww was very much fun, the proms afterproms and tournament. exhausting for sure, but much fun. Tournament started well with a nice win over sycamore, people were playing alright and things looked good. Lost to walnut by one sorta disappointing, if we coulda kept them from scoring just a few more minutes... ohwell, we never were winning that game, just tied or close for half of it. Wyoming was a real heartbreak though, win and move on, lose and were done... start out strong, dominating the whole game, and then they manage to score the last three points straight to win by one on lucky huck passes they'd been throwing all day... -sigh- It was just God giving us a break before prom, pretty confident in that, cause really there was no other way we woulda lost that game :-P sunday sucked, anyone who knows me i'm sure has heard, and it affected this weeking effectively keeping me from walking for a good cause, which i heard was quite and event and much fun all around so glad you guys enjoyed it. Yesterday i managed to break grounding after grilling for my parents party, saw almost everyone at sharmis so good good. Back to ultimate, which has been dominating this journal for quite a while, we somehow got into state, didn't mention that before, so yeah up state next week will be incredible. so the teams back to practicing together (practice after school all week next week team, be there everytime you can, and anyone interested i'm gonna go to the pickup game at lunken airport (anderson) after practice thursday.) Anyway went to the pickup game today at winton woods, most fun i've had in a while i think. Bunch of random people getting together to play a somewhat unknown sport and make friends... just lots of fun. Also most players there are better than the team, so learned a lot, much more than just a practice where its blind leading blind. Played well enough to be happy with my preformance, and my muddy shirt and shorts are more than good enough trophies for my efforts. Starting to get excited for the end of school, 4 legit days left, this week should be a bunch of fun, ultimate heavy so i'll need to keep energy up, planning on playing nearly 3 days straight from thursday friday and saturday... Oh once again call out to summer league, really gotta pull that together nowish... registration was due the 13th... lemme know!
