My story

Apr 28, 2006 13:58

My story is not unique however I do feel that it is different in that my husband and I planned our pregnancy and very much wanted a child, however, this is our story...

I'm not sorry )

Thank you. I have found some comfort in reading the other stories that were posted, it made me feel less alone. I hope I am able to provide the same comfort to someone else.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I recently miscarried a wanted pregnancy at 8 weeks, I can only imagine how hard it would be at 18.

The worst part was the medication I was given a couple of hours prior to further dilation was pretty awful and caused me to shake uncontrollably,

That may actually have been due to natural processes. Many women shake uncontrollably after giving birth. I did, after I gave birth to my son. I'm not sure what it's about, but it was really annoying. they gave me something to make it go away.

I'm so sorry to hear of your experience - I terminated a pregnancy in November of 2005, after a CVS showed a fatal chromosome disorder. I know how hard it is.

Thank you and I'm sorry for your exerience as well. I have found it difficult to find others who have been through a similar situation. I have added you to my friends list, hopefully that is okay with you.
