Alrighty, I've got a midterm and a big test on Monday. I'm not excited at all.
Pat's doing pretty well. We've been in the same ole funk for a while. We don't really do anything anymore, we just hang out at my house, which is really cool... but whatever. I just don't care anymore, he's leaving soon... so I'm not going to try and change everything.
And apparently I'm not going to VooDoo. Yep, I quit my job and my mom's super pissed so she's not giving me any money and neither are my brothers. So, there you have it. Oh well, I'll get an awesome job and then show them. I hope...
Aaaand everything else is cool, hanging out with some new people and hanging out with the same awesome people, too. Life's going well, I just want to make everything awesome. Like, I wish it was easy for me to sit down and study. Cause I regret it later when I don't do it... and I don't know, it's just, I'm having a little trouble still with this whole 'adjusting' thing. It'll be fine, I'm sure... but I've been saying that, and it hasn't really changed.
I just have to shut up and do it, I guess. Nothing's going to just happen. I have to make it happen, right? Right!
Yeah, and my Leadership professor invited me to this dinner she's throwing for communter students. Apparently it'll be like a panel and the Vice President of the school will be there to hear our suggestions on how to make the campus more accomodating for commuters. I definitely want some type of lounge where I can sleep for the two hours between my classes. Someplace other than my car would be sweet.
Oh, and my car is amazing, too. It's a '97 Honda Accord. I love it. The windows work, the doors all work, the air conditioner works, the lights work, it's simply magnificent. My older brother's driving the piece of shit. Haha, I love it.
I need to get a job, ASAP, there are so many awesome shows coming up! I'll die if I miss Brand New again!!
