[Standing in the square, at the fountain, in her uniform- A business suit/skirt- looking very professional. Her hair is hanging loose and straight down her back, but is kept very neat and clean. She's not very happy, though.]

[OOC: If you want to have them wind up meeting and so forth, you can have Azula show up where Excel is (may or may not need to ask where she is depending on what you want~) and recognize her and violate her personal space and push her around to make her go do things like get her hair done and so forth. :3 And yes, this thread works fine~]
