Rescue Mission
I just don't get enough credit. Everyone thinks I'm impatient and I rush through everything, but that's really not the case...so to speak. I just spent an hour and a half trying to recover Disc Two of the Cold Mountain DVD from underneath my porch. Thankfully, it still had that black holder case thingy attached to it. It was my mom's fault that it was down there because well, she dropped it. As usual, though, it was me who ended up being at fault (how I'm not sure), and me who had to fix the mess.
So, after an hour and 45 minutes working with three flashlights, two coat hangers, scissors, Nova, a paper clip, some embroidery floss, and a Swiffer...I finally got the dumb thing out of there. I really do have patience and determination etc., but like I said, they always get overshadowed by all the things I screw up. Whatever. I'm proud of myself.
Now I need a shower...
