I'm being produtive these days... this last sketch was born to finally satisfy my twisted mind, who many times led me to imagine Fei as a male mermaid xD I

and i'm glad you saw the scary part of him in this drawing. I did want to make him look beautiful and scary.

and "OMG Cool. Let's go play! XDDDD" is sooooo like Mikh XD I bet he would do that XD
but seriously speaking, there's one particular reason why I tend to imagine fei as a Merman... Mermaids (and men in this case xD) are cruel, beautiful seductors. they hypnotize and fascinate people with their beauty and their voice, dragging them into the depths of the ocean in the end. beautiful and dangerous creatures who seduce men and bring them to even commit suicide against their will for love and lust.

that's the way I see Fei Long. He's the ruthless Baishe leader, so cruel and cold blooded sometimes, yet so beautiful and fascinating...definitely worth dying for, worth facing death to have the slightest taste of that beauty. and i think Mikh, or even Yoh have fallen prey of this dangerous beauty... just like a pirate would fall for a beautiful, lethal mermaid..

I think Fei and a mermaid are very similar under this POV... do you agree with me??

BTW I was going to write a fanfiction with Fei as a Merman... a MikhxFei XD but I will take inspiration from this fanart only for the pose and the looks of merman-fei. as for his character, he will be the young and naive (but equally dangerous) merman who goes out of the sea for the first time in his life... ^_^
