More in character than 2, but of course no contender for Curse of the Black Pearl. I loved it simply because it's my fandom, so I'm admittedly unfair in my predilection for pirates.
The plot stagnated like much day-old-oatmeal at moments, and I found little... relief in the comedy relief this go around. I am, however, amused that
my insight on the scenery of Davy Jones' locker was pretty spot-on, as well as 90% of the other predictions I made regarding the characters' fates.
Did anyone else feel like Beckett's "Finally," quip in the opening credits, in regards to the pirates joining in song, was an allusion to Disney's penchant for musical medleys?
Oh, and Barbossa, Barbossa. You make my underwear explode into many gleeful fragments.
