Having a blast!
Oh man, this time off is great. I mean I really love having no work to worry about, even if its only for another couple days. My new job starts on Monday, and I'm still sort of just waiting for Seimens to call so I can get on with my life in a direction I'm really looking for. AIU will be quite alright in the meantime, though.
Jordan and Charles are great. I love hanging out with them, and it feels great that they call me every night when they get out of work asking me if I want to go out with them. They love Chicago (hate the cold of course) and its been great to just kick back with them every night this week. Who would have known that the guy who lets me go from Fry's would be coming over to my house for drinks just 3 nights later? They're both amazing people, and I respect them a lot. I'm glad I could make such a connection with them, even if they are going back to Arizona on the 16th. They invited me out for New Years. They want me to hop a plane and come spend it with them in Arizona. Its quite a tempting invitation. We'll have to see how things go and how crazy life gets now that classes started for me today. I logged in to check it out, but I'm refusing to do any actual class work until tomorrow.
