I finally got around to finding episodes of Durarara that I can screencap properly (because I always make my own screencaps. Always.) So now I can do things like make way too many caps of Izaya's stupid hilarious dickprince face and also point at shit like this:
And babble incessantly how this one tiny scene is the perfect encapsulation of their ENTIRE RELATIONSHIP. With Izaya being a smug dick and Shizuo wanting to straight up murder him and Celty trying vainly to shoosh-pap Shizuo's ass down because she is a good moirail and Shinra's probably just thinking about how great it is that they're all hanging out like this because he is a terrible moirail XD .....but then I kind of imagine that Kadota is the only one who could actually manage to be a decent moirail with Izaya because to me he comes off as the only one who could handle it properly. He'd make Izaya cool his manipulative bullshit by the sheer force of his not giving a fuck every time Izaya tried to gloat to him XD XD XD.
Really. Check out how few fucks he gives. He doesn't even know why he's in this flashback given that this is all he does in it, but he still doesn't give a fuck. XD
This is the part where I legitimately say I would watch an entire series about these losers in high school. All the stories. I just want ALL THE STORIES.
