He's like the biggest manipulative dickprince this series has due to the fact that his name is Mephesto fucking Pheles XD XD XD But he and Shura are talking about shit... and it looks like Takara comes up. I wonder if it's finally going to be confirmed that Takara is also a plant in the Exwire class the way Shura initially was. Except one for the demon side.
Either way, Shura is badass and Mephesto is a dick. ♥

(oh right, because he's a Shima and they're all basically inappropriate dumbfucks... even the most mature and stable one of the bunch is still kind of a dumbfuck)
I can never declare a favourite Shima because I love all three of the brothers (that we've seen so far since there is still the one that's in between Juuzou and Kinzou that hasn't been shown) for completely different reasons. But at this particular moment. Oh man, Juuzou is so my favourite. I love him more than anything right now.
I think Kinzou (who is not in this chapter near enough) and the other two Houjou sisters (whose names I can never remember because they only came up once ages ago) need to be appreciated for a moment because their reactions to this is pretty fucking magical. (especially given that as far as I can tell this whole arc took place over the span of a couple days. So the last time the Shimas and Houjous were all in a room together, two days prior, they were at each other's throats and Mamushi attacked Juuzou with a snake.)
And it looks like Suguro makes up with his dad finally. I am not exaggerating even a little bit when I say that I would read a series about the Kyoto branch exorcists forever. Holy shit am I going to miss all these losers. (okay, yea, Suguro and Renzou and Koneko are main cast but I'll miss their families. Their families are the BEST)
Meanwhile, Renzou and Suguro continue to be the worst moirails ever (and also my favourites). ♥
AND THEN ALL THE ADORABLE BABIES GO ON THAT TOUR OF KYOTO THAT RIN WANTED TO HAVE! I AM SORELY DISAPPOINTED BY THE LACK OF DEMON FIRECHICKEN IN THIS CHAPTER THOUGH! Seriously, where has Karura gotten off to. It has not been seen since that moment of firechicken badassary in... I think it was chapter 32 when it was keeping Suguro alive and then, nothing. Oh please don't let the firechicken be gone and forgotten forever. I WILL BE SO SAD. ;~;
