OKAY, SO I WAS LIKE, AWAKE AND SHIT AND I WENT "HUH, I HAVEN'T CHECKED THE STREAM IN MONTHS I WONDER WHAT TIME ZEXAL IS ON." AND IT WAS APPARENTLY JUST STARTING (well, I missed something like five minutes) AT THE EXACT MOMENT I DECIDED TO TURN IT ON. SO I WATCHED IT.
So when I turned it on, Shark has basically lost it again because: Numbers. I'm not sure why Numbers drive Shark over the edge and not Kaito or III and IV (okay, IV's sanity is questionable, but I don't think that has anything to do with Numbers) but whatever. He's dueling the shit out of people and has the EVIL glow of "Numbers are in the drivers' seat) And Yuma is all "duel me bro!" then opening sequence, commercials, bluh....
Oh wow. WC 2012 is coming out. I still haven't bought '11. I've kind of given up on YGO games after the 5Ds ones DISAPPOINTED ME AT EVERY TURN. Although, I kind of love Zexal a lot more than 5Ds. While I was finishing off mydub!5Ds watching I came to realize that it was actually kind of a shitty show overall save for a handful of characters who got all my feels and very little face time. Maybe Tag Force Zexal edition will be worth it when it inevitably comes out. You know, if I can get IV following me around. Which I can't see why I wouldn't given that IV is pretty major of a character.
You know what's the best about Zexal. They're not afraid to not show all of a duel. If it's basically two characters who have already dueled before dukeing it out again, unimportant initial turns get skipped. This is the second time I've seen this happen now and I have to say I appreciate it.

In other news, as I mentioned in the above tangent, I finally finished watching dub!5Ds. Which was better than watching 5Ds regularly but still basically awful (although I did wind up having more Thoughts About Pearson and Bolger which is always good. I will go off on that tangent some other time because this is already getting long enough). I also caught up on dub!Zexal (I've been knitting a bunch, so I need to watch something to distract me but I can't watch anything with subtitles since I can't read and knit at the same time. Therefore: dubs) WHICH IS FUCKING MAGICAL. This show is just so perfect. It's like, GX level of perfect. I just... really hope it stays that way.
On the topic of dubs: I wish I could find a dub for AoEx. It's been legitimately translated but I can't find the DVDs to buy. Which makes me sad... because I really am running out of things to watch while I knit. (Durarara I can find the DVDs but they're ridiculously expensive. Which makes me really sad. Because I love the shit out of the Durarara dub, it's just spectacularly cast... or it is when it comes to all the characters I have a bunch of feelings about. I work on fic and it's just... dub voices in my head, all the time. It's kind of spectacular.)
