I imprinted so fucking hard on Izaya by the second episode that Shizuo barely even registered as anything other than "kind of hilarious angry jerk who throws things" until episode 7... wherupon then I started having a bunch of feels about him. And then I started reading what I could find of the books and I started having even MORE feelings so... yea. I like to think I can love them both. And also their siblings. I just want to throw all of them into a room together and watch the inevitable bloodbath because they are all so wonderful.

(I view Simon as doing the best he can to auspistice between Izaya and Shizuo. Meanwhile Shinra and Izaya are like the worst moirails ever. On the other hand Celty and Shizuo are the best moirails, except for the part where Celty is kind of bad as shoosh-paping his ass down, but he's got Tom for that. Tom is like the auspistice between Shizuo and the rest of humanity. XD)

Ahahahah, yea, Shinra's dad is just the worst. Poor Celty was just the inadvertent fixation.

(I ship Izaya so many different ways its getting to the point of not even funny anymore. It's kind of ridiculous because he reads so asexual to me and I just want all the ships. ......And now you got me wanting to read about amnesiac!Izaya being just utterly shocked when he hears things about what a horrible dickbag he was. Because it would basically be the funniest thing ever)

I fell in love with Shizuo before we ever even really saw him in the show, something about his char design in the opening just made me *ping*! And then him and his brother, crazy sibling bonds will get me every time. Izaya's sisters are amazing as well...all in a room together, WHAT A MESS but heee~!

Ahahahah Simon is like the auspistice for ALL THE CRAZY OF IKEBURO and THE ENTIRE REST OF THE WORLD. And Shinra as Izaya's terrible moirail, heh, yes, good call! Shizuo and Celty's moirallegiance otoh is so obvious and adorable...

(and let us not get into the crossover I will never write in which Vriska and Izaya start online hate-dating and the universe(s) nearly ends. And John Egbert becomes a Dollar to stop them and he and Mikado are BFFs by the end and both Dave and Masaomi are terribly friend-jealous and Equius can get off on Shizuo being ~STRONG~ and Dotachin and Dirk would probably hit it off and yes, End of the Universe!)

My DRRR fic-experience was little more than cautious poking at the kink-meme and then running away in terror, but I really badly want that amnesiac!Izaya thing anyway ^^;;;

OH GOD THAT SOUNDS LIKE THE MOST PERFECT CROSSOVER EVER. Just... Izaya and Vriska. Trying to out-manipul8 each other. And Nepeta and Erika would just set up a giant shipping wall somewhere and work on it in between role-playing sessions. And I can't even articulate how much I kind of want to see this now.

I didn't even go anywhere near the kink meme. I kind of just poked at what was on AO3 and found like... a couple things I liked. And then I went "fuck it, I'll just write stupid things for myself" I wonder if I could manage to pull off amnesiac!Izaya. Although I am still aimlessly poking that fic about Izaya and Shizuo meeting as kids just because I do think it might have changed their dynamic slightly. BASICALLY I JUST WANT ALL THE WEIRD AUS!
