The internet was down all goddamn night (and I have no idea if it's our modem or MTS or what) which was annoying because I was thinking about poking Warcraft with a stick or something. But on the other hand I did settle in and finish off the second episode of the Penny Arcade game so, that's something (which, OMG I love that series so much. And the last boss in this one was so much easier than the one in episode 1. But, honestly, I just cannot get enough of the story in this damn thing. ♥)
Also, the goddamn crappy dryer put a big blotchy burn mark on my Umbrella Academy shirt! My good one, not my work-designated one! This is my sad face ----> D:
And now, random light Team Satisfaction nonsense I wrote for
album_mix. G rated (no one even swears this time XD) In which Kiryu is the planner, even if it's always the same plan.
[YGO = not mine]
-------------
"I'm thinking Zone L next," Kiryu says, almost out of the blue, although coming from Kiryu it isn't really as much of a non-sequitur as it could be. "Cyber Jolt is a fair sized gang, but we still shouldn't have any problems with them." Jack letting out a slight snort of amusement at that statement.
"You always say that."
"Because it's true." A thoughtful frown creasing Kiryu's brow as he studies the map of Satellite in front of him. Idly tapping the pen he's holding against his lips and Crow slides up beside him, peering over his shoulder.
"So what's the plan then?"
"We go in and we beat them, of course."
"You always say that too," Jack points out, that particular statement of the obvious enough to draw a slight chuckle from Yusei (although his nose is still mostly buried in the half-trashed Duel Disc he's carefully stripping for parts) and Kiryu simply shoots a wild grin at the pair of them.
"Then why ask? The plan doesn't change because the plan always works. And it will keep working until all of Satellite is ours. Right?"
"Right!" Crow grins just as brightly as he nods his agreement and Jack smirks and shakes his head at the both of them.
"You two are crazed. I still think we should have some way out if things go bad."
"Why? They won't." Kiryu waving the whole thing off with a dismissive shrug. "Team Satisfaction will never fall."
